Leadership Hall of Fame Nomination
Inductees to the Morgan County Leadership Hall of Fame must meet one of the following requirements:
Attended a public or private school within Morgan County, Alabama. (A home school within a residence of Morgan County shall be considered a private school.)
An employee, past or present, of a school or school system within Morgan County, Alabama.
Served in a public manner with leadership, in a way that directly contributed to making Morgan County a better place or bring positive attention to Morgan County or one of its communities.
In addition to meeting one of these requirements, the nominee, in the sole and best judgement of the MCSF Board or its appointed committee, has exhibited leadership in a way that positively reinforces one or more leadership characteristics such as: vision, courage, integrity, humility, focus, drive, faithfulness, and/or resolve to the end of accomplishing a positive impact such as: navigating difficult change, exhibiting success in a honorable profession, setting an example of leadership, or making a significant contribution to a segment of society.
The nominee must be at least 40 years of age or deceased at the time of induction.
All inductions are approved by a 2/3 or more majority vote of the Morgan County Schools Foundation Board or its appointed committee.
